Our Edna Valley Vineyard 2011 Central Coast Pinot Noir is made to express the varietal characteristics true to Pinot Noir. Aromatically complex, this wine displays nuances of rose petal, cola, earth and black cherry. Our Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with a full mouthfeel, fine tannins and a long finish. We added a touch of Zinfandel to support bright red fruit characteristics with a hint of spice in our 2011 Pinot Noir.
