Lioco, Demuth Vineyard // Anderson Valley, California 2009

A nose of green apple jolly rancher, orange blossom, and white flowers, followed by flavors of fresh meyer lemon, apple skins, and mountain springs. This is quite Chablis-like and very beautiful.
