The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa appears even stronger than the 2010 ... and that’s saying something. Production was much smaller for this blend of fruit from the Mast Vineyard (70%), Cimarossa (22%) and To Kalon (8%). It exhibits notes of creamy berry fruit, lead pencil shavings and spice box as well as a round, generous, medium-bodied mouthfeel with supple tannins and low acidity. 91 WA.
