Vegetarian Noodle Soup

A vegetarian version of pho. Served with thin rice noodles with tofu, mushroom and bok choy in a vegetable broth. Herb plate on request which consists of bean sprouts, cilantro, culantro, Thai basil, wedges of lime and jalapenos.
