Inspired by our favorite fast talking sister... Diced grilled chicken breast with blackened seasoning with red and green cabbage, pico de gallo, a touch of jack and cheddar cheeses and tossed in our Chipotle mayo sauce. Served dry sliced in half and garnoshed with a lime wedge.
