Salade Niçoise

South-of-France style. Salad greens topped with water-packed albacore tuna, fresh green beans, boiled potatoes, Roma tomato wedges, hard boiled egg, Kalamata olives, capers, and anchovies. Tossed with homemade apple cider vinaigrette.
