Molcajete

Sliced steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo, cooked with onion, tomato, bell pepper, squash, zucchini, and mushroom, all topped with cheese dip. Served with refried beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. Choice of flour or corn tortillas.
