Who said machaca has to be dry? not here at the guadalajara grill! we pack our top quality beef with fresh garlic, caramelized onions, ripe red roma tomatoes. then we slow cook it 'til it's mouthwateringly tender, drizzle a bit of chile sauce over top and finish it with a bit of melted mixed cheese and pico de gallo.
