A 14oz. porkchop rubbed in chef paul’s secret rub, marinated, then cooked on the grill slowly and basted in a red wine bbq sauce. served with sauteed spinach and carrot bredie. allow approximately 20 minutes cooking time. for the ultimate experience, top it off with a decadent black cherry and raspberry sauce for $3 more.
