A witbier collaboration with Dos Cabezas Wineworks that combines the best of beer and wine in one drink. Dos Cabezas Wineworks from Sonoita provided Picpoul grapes grown in Arizona that were added to a Belgian Wit for secondary fermentation. We carbonated this a little higher than normal to enhance the sparkling wine quality of this delicious beer. 6.3% abv | 15 ibu's
