Buffalo chicken added to our Mac 'N Cheese
We make our own béchamel with Gruyere, Cheddar, Fontina, & Parmesan cheese. Once we mix the béchamel with the pasta, we layer the pan: Mac 'N Cheese, croutons, Mac 'N Cheese, croutons, again, and again. Then bake it and it is ready to be devoured!
