Brunch Potato Skins

Friday’s crispy potato skins filled with layers of scrambled eggs, sausage, bell peppers, onions, broccoli, sour cream and melted Jack and Colby cheeses. Topped with a black olive half and served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and fresh salsa.
